Blueriq Encore

Blueriq, a software company based in Den Bosch, develops rule-based platforms that help organizations deliver dynamic, personalized services. Their legacy platform, Blueriq Studio, was due for replacement, as it was tied to outdated technology. I was tasked with contributing to the design and usability improvements for their new platform, Blueriq Encore. The focus was on efficiency, usability, and adaptability, ensuring the platform would better support knowledge-intensive organizations in responding quickly to changing regulations and customer needs.

The project involved research, usability analysis, and creating recommendations to enhance workflows. The outcome was an advisory report that guided Blueriq toward building a more modern, user-friendly, and future-proof solution.
